At Australian Eucalyptus Oil Company, we want you to love your sustainable fashion pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your parcel at any Australia Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
